October 19, 2005 Studio City CA -- The crown jewel of Pilate’s DVD’s, Rael Pilates has been named the Pilates series of the year by Health magazine. This esteemed award will appear in the January/ February ’06 issue (on newsstands Jan. 3 rd). Chosen by a panel of industry experts, Health’s second annual Best of Fitness Award will profile the top fitness products across six core categories. Health magazine has a readership of 4,400,000 and a circulation of 1,400,000.

After 25 years as a Pilates Master, internationally renowned Rael Isacowitz has created his unique 3-step Rael system. One of the few Masters who can perform the entire Pilates repertoire, Rael’s mission is to teach authentic and pure Pilates, blended with modern postures, to students from beginners to advanced. Rael is also the founder of Body Arts and Science Institute, a Pilates teaching institution. He received an MA in Dance at the University of Surrey, England.

Rael Pilates offers three different titles: Rael System 7, 17, and 27. Rael 7 teaches the seven fundamental Pilates positions needed to benefit Pilates training while 17 and 27 teaches pelvic curl, spine twist, chest lift, roll up, spine stretch, side leg lift, and basic swan poses.
