Cassidy, the lead singer of a band, lives with boyfriend and band member Neal. Thinking that Neal does not love her, Cassidy commits suicide as a horrified Neal watches. Three months later, while trying to decide if they should continue recording their album without Cassidy, the band decides to visit a psychic named Dr Meso for answers. After they ask the question, Cassidy's spirit overtakes Dr. Meso's body, addressing the band members individually before revealing four tarot death cards. The band returns to the studio, where during a session break, Cassidy's spirit takes over another body -- this time band member Dora. One by one, Dora isolates and murders each member. When Dora is finally killed, Cassidy's spirit is exorcized from the body. Will Cassidy need to kill those closest to her to end her own pain?
